We all encounter various trials and tribulations in our lives. Faced with these we sometimes get stuck in repeating an improper response to them, often resulting in simply giving up. Scripture teaches us the proper response, which is praise and thanksgiving.
Our faith rests on the actions of God in salvation history and in our lives. By praising God we are reminded of the great blessings he has bestowed upon us. As we recall God’s goodness, we are given strength knowing that he is with us in every difficulty we face. While it might not be easy, giving praise and thanks will change your life.
