Charm Our Lady Seat of Wisdom

Under the title “Seat of Wisdom,” Mary is often depicted holding Jesus closely as he rests on her lap. Jesus, the fullness of wisdom, is protected and safe with his mother who brought him into this world. For many centuries, this image has inspired the understanding that the search for wisdom is the search for Jesus, whether we realize it or not. Through prayer, study or exploration, the search for knowledge ends when we finally meet Jesus face to face!
