Charm St. Lucy
One of many Christians murdered under the reign of the emperor Diocletian in the early 4th century, Lucy is known by many as a bright light during a very dark time. Her innocence stood out among the evils of the day. Legends tell of her torture and death for believing in Christ - most specifically about the removal of her eyes! For this reason, Lucy is the patron saint of the blind.
