Charm St. Nicholas
Nicholas was a third century bishop who stood up for his faith during the rule of the Roman Emperor Diocletian, a ruthless persecutor of Christians. Known today as a gift-giver, Nicholas came from a wealthy family. Legend says he would toss bags of gold through the windows of families who could not afford expensive dowries to secure good marriages for their daughters.
